We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding Asia and certain remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Swimwear (unless tags are intact and hygiene liner is present)
- Personalized or custom-made items from our Suits & Sets collection
How to Return an Item
- Initiate Your Return: Email [email protected] with your order number and product details
- Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 24 hours with an RMA number and return address
- Pack Securely: Include all original tags and packaging when possible
- Ship Your Return: Use a trackable shipping service to our warehouse
- Inspection & Processing: We’ll process your refund/exchange within 3 business days of receipt
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or color:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly request an exchange and specify your preferred replacement
- Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
- Exchanges are subject to availability (refund issued if preferred item is out of stock)
Refund Processing
Timeline: Refunds are initiated within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Payment Methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal: 5-7 business days to your original payment method
- Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
