Our Returns Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note:

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Swimwear (unless tags are intact and hygiene liner is present)
  • Personalized or custom-made items from our Suits & Sets collection

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  1. Initiate your return by emailing us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and labels
  4. Ship the package to our warehouse address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping service
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange and specify the preferred replacement item
  3. If the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
  4. If it costs less, we will refund the difference

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred replacement is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will initiate your refund:

  • Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
  • Original Shipping Costs: These are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.

International Returns

For international returns (outside UK/EEA):

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We cannot refund original customs duties or taxes
  • Return shipping costs may be higher than domestic returns
