Our Returns Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note:
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Swimwear (unless tags are intact and hygiene liner is present)
- Personalized or custom-made items from our Suits & Sets collection
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return:
- Initiate your return by emailing us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return
- We will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and labels
- Ship the package to our warehouse address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping service
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange and specify the preferred replacement item
- If the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we will refund the difference
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred replacement is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will initiate your refund:
- Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
- Original Shipping Costs: These are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
International Returns
For international returns (outside UK/EEA):
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We cannot refund original customs duties or taxes
- Return shipping costs may be higher than domestic returns
